Payment in full is required at the time of booking. We do not accept provisional bookings.
The number of guests staying in each Wigwam® Cabin must be confirmed at the time of booking. This number should not be exceeded unless by prior arrangement with the owner which, if permitted, will incur an additional fee.
In the event of cancellation or no-show, we do not provide any (either full or partial) refund. However, should more than 48 hours notice be given we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative date suitable to you if we have the availability. This cancellation policy also applies to adverse weather conditions, over which we have no control. Therefore if you choose to cancel your booking due to weather, no refunds will be offered.
In the event of a cancellation by us, our liability shall be limited to the return in full the monies paid.
